Roman Polanski's Upcoming Movie "The Ghost" with Cage & Brosnan
“I’m going to go off and work with Mr. Roman Polanski and Nic Cage on a film called "The Ghost" Brosnan said. “It’s a thriller.”
I don't know if this is good or not. I haven't watch any movie with Cage and Brosnan on it. Nicholas Cage and Pierce Brosnan are playing the two main role of an upcoming adaptation movie The Ghost.
The Ghost is a novel written by Richard Harris, the said novel is about a ghostwriter who was hired to write the memoirs of an ex-Prime Minister.
The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants 2 is set to be released on August 6, 2008. With the original cast America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel and Blake Lively.
This movie used some of the storylines of the fourth novel in The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants series which is the Forever in Blue: The Fourth Summer of the Sisterhood.
The said film is Rated PG-13.

The Ring 3 (2009)
I found this trailer while searching for the next movie to be post on my blog.
This trailer is the trailer for the upcoming movie The Ring 3. There is no exact date yet but it was announced that this movie will be soon on big screen on 2009.
According to IMDB the plot goes like this:
Set 30 years before the original, The Ring Three sees a young Samara Morgan cast away to a psychotic unit, thrust away from normality. Mentally unstable and in-animate, Samra vows to get revenge on her tormentors before she is tragically killed and dispersed down a well, however, unbeknown to her twisted parents and local pretty-girl Mary-Elizabeth Winstead, a curse is about to be born, a curse which will later claim many lives, as the vengeful spirit of Samara is born.
This movie is said to have much smaller budget than the first two films. If you can remember the third installment of the Japanese version of this movie which is the Ringu details the life of Sadako before she dies. Hideo Nakata is still the director of the third sequel.
I think we all need to wait for us to know if it is a good movie or not.

The writers strike is finally over, now Disney finally announced the release date of movies that are set to be release on 2009 and early 2010.
Variety listed Disney's opening dates for different movies. This includes the following..
Old Dogs a comedy movie about two business partners who will find themselves in an upside down circumstances that leads them to take good care of a 7-year old twins. This movie will open on theaters on April 10, 2009.
On November 20, 2009, Surrogates an action thriller movie starring Bruce Willis will be release.
Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland on March 19, 2009.
The Proposal starring Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds on September 25, 2009.

Reading the synopsis of this movie makes me think that it looks like the Spiderman movie. Remember Peter Parker who has been bitten by a spider. Just like Peter Parker, Rick Riker an ordinary teenager who's life will going to change because of the bite of a dragonfly.
Superhero Movie is a comedy movie slated to be released on March 28, 2008. This movie is written and directed by Craig Mazin. This movie is said to be the spoof version of the Spiderman the movie.
The spoof movie goes like this. Rick Riker is a high school loser who is always bullied by his classmate. One day, he was bitten by a mutated dragonfly. Because of the said bug bite he develop abilities like super strength and be able to have an armored skin. As he discovers his powers started to become a superhero he help other people and help fight crime on their city. He calls himself as The Dragonfly.
Of course a superhero will not be complete if there is no villainous. Lou Landers who accidentally transformed because of a failed experiment he became the Hourglass. He has the power to steal people's life forces to gain his immortality.
Will the Dragonfly be able to defeat the Hourglass?
